Is it true that you're paid only after the result?+
Yes. We work on a post-payment model: the contract and milestones are fixed in advance, and payment is tied to the result. This is our key differentiator in the Kazakhstan market.
Do you guarantee the decisions of government authorities?+
No. We do not — and legally cannot — guarantee the decisions of government authorities: such decisions fall within the exclusive competence of the authorised bodies. What we do guarantee is the quality of our services: correct preparation of documents, compliance with procedures and deadlines, and support at every stage.
What are the grounds for obtaining a residence permit (ВНЖ) in Kazakhstan?+
The main grounds are family reunification and having close relatives who are citizens of Kazakhstan, marriage to a Kazakhstani citizen, ethnic-Kazakh (kandas) status, employment as a qualified specialist, study, and investment or entrepreneurial activity (business immigration). The specific ground and the list of documents depend on your situation — we determine them during the consultation.
Which certificates are required for a business-immigrant residence permit?+
Two certificates are key: a criminal-record (no-conviction) certificate and a certificate confirming the absence of a ban on entrepreneurial activity. A standard set of supporting documents for the business ground is prepared in addition — the exact list is confirmed during the consultation for your case.
What is the difference between an LLP (ТОО) under Kazakhstan jurisdiction and a Private Company under the AIFC?+
An LLP is established under the national law of Kazakhstan: it is governed by Kazakhstani legislation, keeps accounting and reporting to Kazakhstani standards, and suits activity within the country's general jurisdiction. A Private Company of the AIFC (Astana International Financial Centre) is established under AIFC law based on English common law — with its own regulator (AFSA), an independent AIFC Court, and tax incentives; it is convenient for international business, investment, and working with foreign partners. The choice depends on your goals: local activity in Kazakhstan usually means an LLP; an international or investment structure is often an AIFC Private Company.
