For ethnic Kazakhs and their families who have never held Kazakhstan citizenship. The service is free. An IIN and a qualified e-signature are required. Filing — via migration.enbek.kz.

- Documents proving Kazakh ethnicity (birth certificate, foreign passport, etc.)
- Notification of completion of the criteria-based assessment of immigrants
