Residence permit and permanent residence permit
You must prove solvency and the absence of an unexpunged criminal record. Solvency — at least 1,320 MCI per family member aged 18+ (in 2026 ≈ KZT 5,709,000).

- Foreign passport (copy + original), valid for more than 180 days
- Proof of solvency (or grounds for exemption)
- Certificate of criminal record/no criminal record (issued ≤ 180 days ago)
- Notarised contract/statement on the provision of housing (≥ 180 days)
- Medical certificate 028/u
- Photo 35×45 mm
