Two stages: first we collect and prepare the documents, then register the company with the state authority. For foreign founders the set of documents differs, and we send you the exact list in advance: what to sign, what to apostille, what to have notarized and translated.

AIFC: English law in Astana
For financial, consulting and technology companies, the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) offers English common law jurisdiction, its own court and an independent regulator, AFSA, currency flexibility, and tax preferences for a number of activities.
We support company registration with the AIFC and initial compliance before AFSA. The cost depends on the type of activity and licensing requirements — we calculate it in a personalized commercial proposal after reviewing your business model.
Astana Hub: tax benefits for IT
Members of the Astana Hub tech park receive an exemption from corporate income tax and a number of other payments, as well as a simplified procedure for hiring foreign specialists. We help assess eligibility, prepare the application, and draft the charter to meet the tech park's requirements.
Company liquidation
We close companies as carefully as we open them. Standard liquidation starts at 50,000 ₸: document preparation, support, and deregistration with government authorities.
Liquidation of an LLC with foreign participation is a six-stage process: notifying government authorities, a protocol of the participants, publications in the media, a liquidation balance sheet, settlements with the budget, and filing through the e-government portal. Timelines depend on the tax audit — we'll discuss a realistic timeframe at the start.
